I have written some software to do that which is used by many people: Yauaa</p>
<p dir="auto">For many browsers (<a href="https://www.chromium.org/updates/ua-reduction/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Chromium</a>, <a href="https://developer.chrome.com/docs/multidevice/user-agent/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Chrome</a>, <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/web-platform/user-agent-guidance" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Edge</a>, <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/User-Agent/Firefox" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Firefox</a> and others ) I have been able to find a good specification of the patterns to look for and what they mean.</p>
<p dir="auto">For Opera I have not been able to find such a specification and I had to resort to installing all Opera variants on the devices I have (and ask friends to do so also) and do reverse engineering based on that data.</p>
<p dir="auto">I would like to have documentation for all Opera variants (Desktop, Mini, Mobile, GX, ...) the User-Agent formats and some examples (similar to what I see for Firefox).</p>
<p dir="auto">I need clear specs for tags like <code>Opera</code>, <code>OPR/</code>, <code>OPiOS/</code>, <code>OPRGX/</code>, ... and strange things (that <em>I think</em> is the case) when <code>OPR/</code> is on Android in a webview that it really <code>Opera Mini</code>.</p>
<p dir="auto">I would also like to have at least a single real example for each browser on each platform (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android Phone, Android Tablet, iPhone, iPad) the User-Agent and the UA-ClientHints that are used.</p>
