I am trying to mod a copy of smash brothers melee, to do so I need a standard, unmodified copy of the game. However, whenever I download the game, Opera automatically handles the file, modifying it in the process, which means I can't mod it. I am running windows 10, and I would like to know how I can get my CISO files back onto file explorer.
