Interestingly I have disabled it (Lucid Mode) previously and after an update it was turned on, thus again turn it off.

The solution

There is a small box at the top middle on YouTube, and you can turn it off by clicking on RGX > A | B

On one computer I had the same line, on other I had wierd colors instead of video.

Its due to rgx setting.If you want to disable it go to setting->rgx and disable the split preview option
