I reinstalled Windows recently and wanted to migrate all of my data and extensions to a fresh install of opera gx. it didnt work, so i installed all i needed manually. After that any settings in any extensions i changed got bac kto default after reboot of computer. Non of the files of opera are read-only except local state. I tried deleting everything related to opera but it didn't work. Help me please
