<![CDATA[Tabs cannot be moved to collection below.]]>Following the update to opera one, I am not able to move tabs to the collection below (for fast access).

Sorry for no picture because this results in an error Screenshot_48.jpg error:parse-error

Opera has become worthless.

Or, click in the address field to highlight the URL and then drag that.

You can also hit ctrl + d.

You can use the bookmarks manager page, opera://bookmarks. Maybe not the most practical but it's the solution until they implement the drag and drop in the new UI.
