I hope this message finds you well. My name is Dhia, and I am writing to seek assistance with a problem I encountered while using OperaSync.

I recently experienced an issue while attempting to sync all of my bookmarks from an old PC to my new PC using OperaSync. Unfortunately, after completing the sync process on the new PC, I discovered that all of my bookmarks are missing. This unexpected behavior has left me concerned, as my bookmarks are essential for my daily browsing activities.
I am reaching out to the OperaGX community in the hopes that someone has encountered a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to retrieve my missing bookmarks. I greatly appreciate any assistance or suggestions you can offer to help me resolve this matter.

Sorry, I don't have any better solution by now, but I'd like to support your request because I have had similar problems on various occasions:
when synchronizing, it went the wrong way: it did not update the stored bookmarks with the new ones but removed the new bookmarks on the computer, so the former version was restored on it (although adjusted the "right way" round in Settings).
It happened too many times so I don´t consider synchronizing a safe process on Opera. It might function sometimes but I think it´s better to have your bookmarks exported and stored.
