Any update on this problem?
The same visual separator between top of the screen en upper part of all tabs appeared in the version 100.0.4815.30 of Opera and .. it's reeeeeaaaaally annoying.
Instead of moving cursor to the top and clicking on corresponding tab, one needs to click very precisely on this tab to activate it.
If it's not repaired, I believe many users (including me) will switch to another browser ...
