for this problem without changing opera version

but it didn't work ...

You probably already have Opera's auto-updater disabled if you're using 12.02, since Opera has itself been pushing changes to the SSL/TLS settings silently via the updater to protect users against the SSL3 Poodle exploit, and you don't want those pushed settings suddenly altering what you're trying to do manually - hence you want to make sure auto-updating is blocked. Part of the overall problem with Presto Opera is that some of its contained site certificates may have expired for various of the transport protocols for some sites, and that can create hiccups where the sites had previously been largely using the now-deprecated SSL3.

If you have or have not, have a look and make sure it's unticked and click 'ok'.

Check the problem site again and see if that makes any difference.
