<p dir="auto">On chrome just press F12 and right click the reload icon to clear any web page cache. There are a lot of Opera features that make it harder, I don't know why they did it.<br />
I only see instructions to clear all Cache, cookies, history data, but this doesn't make sense when you only need to delete a single site so it doesn't have css errors.<br />
If this feature is hidden somewhere please let me know, Thank you all so much!</p>

<p dir="auto">Before you could easily remove all cookies via the lock icon, <strong>with one click.</strong></p>
<p dir="auto">Have no idea why Opera removed this practical feature.</p>
<p dir="auto">Now, Opera has made some stupid trash can list without listing actual cookies.</p>
<p dir="auto">Even if you delete all the ones mentioned there, you will find a lot more at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">opera://settings/content/all</a></p>

<p dir="auto">You can clear the cache of a single website by:</p>
<ul>
<li>opening the website</li>
<li>pressing ctrl + shift + j</li>
<li>going on "Application" tab then "Storage" in the left panel</li>
<li>clicking on "Clear site data"</li>
</ul>
