<![CDATA[Removing download history also removes the actual files]]>I found a thread, and there weren't any answers or solutions to this issue.
This has been ongoing as long as I have had Opera browser as a default browser on my phone (years, four different android phones).

So - when deleting the download history, the actual items (pictures, documents etc) are deleted permanently from the phone, not just from the browser history.
Imagine that happening on your desktop browser!?!

Waiting for a fix; maybe a prompt "delete just history / delete history and items downloaded permanently".

If there is a solution to change this setting, please let me know! 😊
