But when I open an In-Private window it visually looks near identical to the regular browsing mode. Is there a way to set a second theme for In-Private mode windows so its in your face obvious that it is a different mode? I have searched now like an hour and all I can find old posts about in-private being different visually but maybe that changed?

I would appreciate any help I can get.

Consider that a users may be in violent relationships where their history is monitored by a suspicious partner. It's pretty important that that user clearly knows when they are in 'Private mode' (and not). Journalists and whistleblowers have similar issues.

I'm not a browser developer, but I can't believe that the ability to link a custom theme to private mode is a huge undertaking.
