This means the Aria backend additionally checks my IP or something like that and finds out I'm from the wrong country.</p>
<p dir="auto">The questions stands: why does my location plays a role in this? This is Web, if I have to remind, it's global.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is this just something people agreed upon "just because" and now we don't talk about it?</p>

The access problem may be a bug or maybe something is messing with it.</p>
