When I check task manager, Opera has it's disk usage at 1%. Because I have three drives, that means it's using 100% of 1 of them. Opera is installed on my SSD not my HDD, yet my HDD is being used up completely. It's so annoying and it happens all day, everyday. i got these screenshots while i opened one new window, the lag lasted for about 25 seconds and it was lagging not only the browser, but the whole pc.

So, basically, you expand the Opera GX process list in Windows task manager and check the process that is using the disk mostly and take note of its PID.
Then in Opera's task manager, you check the process ID column to identify what is the process with same number of the PID.
