For some reason there's a blur effect over the mods tab. I tried inspecting element to remove it but I'm bad at that so it didn't go very well for me. How do I remove it? If I download a mod, it appears on the list and it seems I can still interact with buttons and stuff. The only thing is that the blur is too heavy for me to be able to see what the text says and stuff. So I don't know what I'm doing. Can anyone help me?

It's near the top of the page in the circuit diagram at the URL opera://mods. You can hover over it and click it to turn the mods power on and off. It's very subtle and hard to notice that all that's interactive.
