<![CDATA[Tab Tooltip Hard to Use, Sometimes Disappears Upon Mouse-Over]]>I want to use the feature more, but it is not always available, i.e. when I try to select a related tab in the list of the tooltip, the tooltip disappears.

I believe there is an invisible gap between the tab and its tooltip, so if a mouse pointer passes over it below certain speed, the tooltip disappears as if you were pointing to the address bar.
