The browser keeps asking me to restart to update to version 98.0.4759.15, but even after restarting, the browser is still on the old version (Version: 98.0.4759.6) and the notification pops up again.

I tried giving permission to the Opera executable exe file for admin rights, but that didn't help either. I've also tried restarting my computer, so I'm not sure what's wrong with the auto-updater.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
If so, do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?
I'd really appreciate any help.

Thanks!
