That and the related feature of dragging several tabs after they have been selected via Shift-click is also impossible, but that is a complaint for the entire Opera for desktops line.

I am running Opera 100.0.4790.0 on MS Windows 10.

The tab I drag is always opened in a new Opera window. If it was the only tab in the old window, that window is closed.

Maybe I'm not hitting the point where the dragged tab snaps into the other Opera window. But I have tried several times.
