<![CDATA[No tab when browser launched from email link]]>In the past, when I'd click on a URL embedded in email body, my default browser, Opera, would launch, open a tab and go to that URL - at least that's how I remember it.

Now it just launches the browser and opens to my last window/tab. IF the browser is already launched/running, clicking the link will open a new tab and go to that link.

So it either does step 1 - launch the browser OR step 2 - open a tab and go the the URL. How do I make it do both step 1 AND step 2 - if it actually has the ability to do both.
