<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[No tab when browser launched from email link]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">In the past, when I'd click on a URL embedded in email body, my default browser, Opera, would launch, open a tab and go to that URL - at least that's how I remember it.</p>
<p dir="auto">Now it just launches the browser and opens to my last window/tab. IF the browser is already launched/running, clicking the link will open a new tab and go to that link.</p>
<p dir="auto">So it either does step 1 - launch the browser OR step 2 - open a tab and go the the URL. How do I make it do  both step 1 AND step 2 - if it actually has the ability to do both.</p>
