This setting does not do anything in Opera GX LVL4 (core: 98.0.4759.22) and Opera One (version: 99.0.4780.0). Have not tested on Opera.

Due to this setting not working, I have to actually aim with my pointer, which slows down my workflow.

The difference lies in the ability to drag a tab vs drag the whole window with cursor placed on top end of maximized window.
