<![CDATA[New Windows Keep Minimizing]]>Whenever I open a new window, either through Ctrl + N, incognito mode, or by clicking a link, the new window will keep minimizing and showing up again over and over again for a few moments, but it's very annoying.

Disabled all of them and it keeps occurring. Sometimes they also keep switching back when I Alt+Tab.
