<![CDATA[Redacting search engines]]>I have a major issue with inability to redact default dearch engines, i need to remove yandex search completely, since it asks every damn time to install yandex browser, and i do not wish to have anything to do with yandex and its products. Also, for unknown reason i dont have google search as an default search engine, and cant make it default even if i add it manually. I really like OperaGX, but having manually open google search every time i need to browse web for info is annoying.

I get that rus gov made you to include yandex as default option and shit, but please, give us a choice for God's sake!

And Vivaldi has a lot in common with Opera in terms of features, so you wouldn't find it that alien. I regularly hop between Opera and Vivaldi depending on what I'm doing.

I'm assuming there aren't some weird restrictions on Vivaldi in Russia though!

UPD: Reinstall with vpn to eu country helped, even tho not instantly.
now i need only to know one thing... how to delete yandex from pre-defined options, or at least how to disable.

I might delete opera and reinstall it, but i doubt it'll help, and it might just become a waste of time. But i really dont wanna switch to any other browser.

And the list of those pre-defined search engines changes from region to region.
