But second i couldnt find on forum. So, as default i use light theme for Opera but for some sites i use dark theme. As example - Twitch. There was no problem before the update, but after it, the Twitch theme resets to light every time I reload the page. If I select a dark theme in the Opera settings, Twitch becomes dark as well.
