If I copy <a href="http://libffmpeg.so" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">libffmpeg.so</a> from Chrome it works correctly. So it's a problem with the video codecs.</p>
<p dir="auto">There are a lot of people complaining about this problem since version 66. It is simply impossible to use Opera until this problem is fixed.</p>
