<![CDATA[Opera opens minimized and stays that way]]>I run Opera 97.0.4719.83 Windows 11. It opens minimized and will not maximize. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, with no improvement. Any suggestions?

If it is off-screen there are several ways to move it back on-screen.
