<![CDATA[Opera limiting my download speed to different sizes of file]]>Recently I've noticed that opera GX limits my download speeds depending on the size of the file. How do I disable this? Download speed depends on several factors, such as server capacity, number of people downloading from it a the same time, if server limits download speed or not, route to and from the server, if a VPN is being used or not, if antivirus is being used or not and so on
