Recently whenever I watch twitch the video and audio starts lagging when my mouse is not moving on the tab. It will be fine then randomly start slowing down the video and audio cutting out but then I move my mouse on the tab and it goes back to normal. When I have it on picture in picture there is no lag ever even if the mouse is not on the tab. I already reset the browser to default settings and still getting the same lag. Nothing is spiking in my task manager either so I don't know what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.
