<![CDATA[Is Signing out the only way to turn off sync?]]>Soon as I turned on sync and set what items I wanted synced, Opera constantly freezes and stops responding! I've had to constantly force quit Opera, as it will freeze almost as soon as I reopen it! When I try to quickly open the preferences to shut it off, I don't see any option but Sign Out. Will that sign me out of Opera, or just Sync?

You logged in to Sync, so if you logout then you would be logging out of Sync.

Anyway, in sync settings you should be able to just turn synchronization off.
