Meta Business log in windows keep poping up

Hi there, does anyone meet this issue recently? I see no scheme here - once I run Opera (64x) after some time another window with the Meta business website shows up without any reason. It's getting annoying, cause it restores to a smaller screen any video I watch on the fullscreen, and clogs RAM. I was trying to reinstall Opera, with no luck. Appreciate any help.

@denmagine I would start with the basics, disabling all extensions.
