<![CDATA[[Tab Bar] Single New Tab]]>Make it so that there could be only one new tab page per window. There is absolutely no reason to open a new new tab tab when you open the browser if there is already another new tab tab opened from the previous session. Or to open a new new tab on Ctrl+T if there is already another new tab tab opened somewhere there.

Taking Yandex Browser, a Russian fork from Opera, as an example, they solved this by keeping the new tab functionality as a special page that's not yet a tab. You command a new tab to open and this would happen:

Notice that the + became an x. If I Ctrl+T again, nothing happens. If I set it to always open on a new tab, it won't create an unnecessary new tab, because...
