However, after switching my PC, I want to export the data from the online account to a new browser. I don't want to install opera on my new PC. Is there any way I can do this?</p>

However, we are giving it HTML of the page, which is not a good idea.</p>

Not as such. But it's just HTML - go to the site, log in, go to your Bookmarks. If they're all on one page, just save the page to your hard drive. (I honestly haven't had to use <a href="http://sync.opera.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">sync.opera.com</a> and am not sure if your bookmarks are all one page or each folder is a separate page. But if they're all one page you ought to be able to import the HTML file in any browser.)</p>
