This sows the entire US with circles depicting snow levels reported. Moving the cursor onto a circle pops up the location data.
NB: this can only be tested in winter!
Testing with Chrome does not show the error.

What happens is that moving the cursor to a snow level 'circle' , the pixel is not immediately detected, unless the cursor is moved down away from the circle. But, close to the top of the form, the circle is detected and the data displayed in the pop up. The farther down from the top increases the distance away before detection.

After Opera crashed last night and opened the page again, the problem is there once again. I don't know what causes the problem and what causes it to go away..
Note: I made sure I have the latest .net installed.

The popup is supposed to occur when the cursor is right on the colored circle. In my case, depending on where the colored circle is, the cursor activates the popup when it is some distance below the circle.
