I tried reopening the browser and restarting the laptop. Both didn't work. I'm using Windows 11 Home Single Language, Version 22H2. Any help?

Both stable and developer realese. A workaround is to download one of the older versions of Opera and sync. By the way, Opera updates itself in the background, but don't restart until sync is finished.

It only happens on Opera. I was able to sync from Opera GX to Opera GX on two different laptops.

Now I'm trying to sync from Opera GX to Opera on the same laptop and it's not working.
