Opera GX intro "splash" playing everytime I open it even with that option disabled

I already saw some topics and all of them tell me the same thing, to disable the splash option. But I already have this option disabled and that short "opera GX" video still plays.
Usually was just played when opera gets updated or first time opening after pc boot. But now looks like it plays everytime I open it, and its just annoying. Tooking more time to open the browser just because the video.
And the most annoying is that the video is blank : P never play right
I'm using Win10 and also my card driver and win is up to date
