[Suggestion] Add Lock, Foreground Priority and Closed Caption Features to "Video Pop out"

Hello Opera GX Staff and Users!
I think it'll be great to add a lock, foreground priority and closed caption features to the video pop out feature.
Lock suggestion explained:
Be able to click on things underneath it without effecting the pop out player that's in the same spot. Maybe add a small button or toggle that shows when you hover your mouse over the pop out player that you can use to turn the lock on and off quickly.Foreground suggestion explained:
Some applications still overtake the pop out player so I would like a setting that I can toggle to force the pop out to always be in the front of all applications like task manager can or something of that degree.Closed Caption suggestion explained:
The pop out player I say needs to be able to capture the closed captions or translation texts the videos have as well as the video themselves. I watch anime like a degenerate that I am and I think I'm of the audience Opera GX caters to. I watch subbed anime meaning I have to read the translation of what they say.Comments:
In my opinion these features make it easier and/or more enjoyable to play games while watching something on the pop out player. Really frustrating wrestling with the player constantly because I have to move my mouse around the player and so forth in an real time strategy game or whatnot. That's it thanks for yalls time! -
