<![CDATA[Opera 94.0 won't launch in Ventura]]>After upgrading my 2017 iMac to Ventura 13.2, Opera 84.0 will no longer launch. It bounces in the Dock for a minute then stops. Activity Monitor shows it as unresponsive, with zero CPU activity. The Dock's popup menu says the application's not responding, but gives the option of force quitting.

I've tried downloading a fresh copy of Opera, but the online installer also is unresponsive. I can use the offline installer to get a new copy of version 84.0, but it won't launch either.

I haven't found anything in the support docs or forums about Opera simply refusing to launch. What's the deal?
