I just upgraded to Opera 18 after running a pretty old version of Opera, at least a few years old, and I miss quite a few features from the old version. I will describe everything I couldn't get to work. If anyone could tell me if there is a way to activate something, or if one feature I miss is available only in older version, I would be very grateful.

Right clic + spin wheel :
What it used to do : spin through open tabs, like ctrl + tab.
What it does now : nothing.

Right clic + mouse gesture to the right when there is no next page :
What it used to do : go to the next page of the website. For example, if I was at the page 2 of a forum thread, it would get me to page 3.
What it does now : nothing.

Space bar when at the bottom of a page :
What it used to do : go to the next page of the website. For example, if I was at the page 2 of a google search, it would get me to page 3.
What it does now : nothing.

Right clic + mouse gesture to the bottom when the mouse sprite is on a link :
What it used to do : open the link in a new tab.
What it does now : open a new tab.

Speed dial :
What it used to do : I could decide how many rows and columns I wanted.
What it does now : I'm stuck with adding new shortcuts to the list, with default 5 columns. If I want to have 3x3 like I used to have, I have to zoom a lot and the bottom shortcuts gets cut out of the screen.

Ctrl + X (a number of the numpad) :
What it used to do : go to the Xth shortcut of the speeddial.
What it does now : nothing.

If you got this far, thank you for reading. I do not use Opera because it is the fastest or something like that; I use it because it had all these features that I loved to browse through the net. If it is not possible to activate them in Opera 18, I will go back to an older version to get them back. If this is the case, would you know what version should I go back to have them ?

Have a great day,
Relsman

That, at least, is available in Opera 18, but you mean maximised, not fullscreen.

Exactly, I was saying I really liked that feature in 18 and I miss it in 12.16.

Which tabs? And which space?

At least here, there are no tabs on fullscreen mode.

You can disable that space when Opera is maximised, there is a setting for this.

I'll go back to Opera 12.16 and hope the rest of the features are going to be added in future versions. It's a shame, I really liked that option to delete the blank space at the top of the tabs in full screen mode.

In Opera 19 which is going to be released really soon you'll be able to adjust the maximum number of Speed Dial columns in a new advanced setting but the developers aren't giving information about whether we're going to get the rest of the functions you mentioned into the new browser.

Take a look at this topic where some users have been posting about planned features:
http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=1767272

If you evaluate the pros and cons and want to come back to the previous version which had all this it was Opera 12.1x (if it was already installed in your system before you can simply launch from where you usually do as Opera 15+ keeps the "old" Opera, if not then download it from here).
