I can see some elements flicker when I mouseover, but the sites are unusable. They load fine in Chrome. I thought it could be an extension issue, so I turned them all off, turned off ad block, VPN, cleared cache, everything I could think of, but nothing worked. I tried making a new profile for opera, and interestingly it works there, so I added all of my extensions to that and it's still working fine. Genuinely no clue what is causing the issue.

I have found a workaround, but it's awkward. I tried opening one site in Opera, it didn't work, so I loaded it in Chrome, then later when I opened it again in Opera it was working. With more experimentation, this seems to work consistently, but it requires me to restart Opera for it to come into effect, and I'd much rather have a fix than a painful workaround that disrupts workflow.
