Extra space between the scrollbar and the right border

Hi,

On Opera crypto browser, (not sure about the other Opera versions), there's an extra space outside of the website container. It makes scrolling very unfriendly.

This is very annoying, everybody is used to move the mouse to the right border, but in Opera the scrollbar is not touching the border, you have to go a few pixel to the left to catch the scrollbar.
Imo this is a weird UI choice, why is there a padding containing the website, it wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't affecting the user experience.

The issue is only with Opera Crypto.
