<p dir="auto">i have another computer there I put lunix mint on it and opera browser installed. I added Dutch language and put it at the top. But he remains in English. both flat suit and deb. Does anyone know what to do.<br />

As Opera is based on Chromium/Chrome code, it's the same for Opera for now.<br />

You can try to run the Opera with the <code>--lang</code> switch as shown below:<br />
<code>.../opera --lang=nl</code><br />
or<br />
<code>.../opera --lang=nl-NL</code><br />
or<br />
<code>.../opera --lang=nl-NL,nl</code><br />
(depending on which of the switch values works for you)</p>
