I've been scouring the innertubes but haven't been able to get a good answer on how to do this. Can someone help?

Thanks much!
If that's just too much, then you'd need to create a new label (folder) containing those messages. When you right-click on any access point in the left panel, you'll see one of the options is Export ... (the dots indicate it brings up a dialog) It will export all the messages shown in that access point to a standard *.mbs file which you can then import into Opera Mail on the new computer. So create a label, drag all the messages you want to transfer into it, then export that label.
