Where are the Android (Samsung S10e) Opera web page shortcuts stored, how do I back them up and how I port them to the Win 10 pc environment?

This creates a shortcut to the webpage, and the shortcut is placed on the home page. These shorrtcuts can be placed into a folder too. I want to back these up. I have hundreds of them for stock information.
