<p dir="auto">Opera doesn't support policies at all unfortunately, so no policies will work. There used to  be <a href="https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/?date=2015-09-24#enable-media-router" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">a flag and command-line switch</a> to disable the Media Router, but Chromium removed support for them unfortunately.</p>
<p dir="auto">Maybe you can just disable the SSDP and UPnP Services in Windows if you don't need them for anything at all.</p>
