<![CDATA[Downloads keep getting canceled]]>Whenever i try to download a file opera starts off downloading it fine but then the download speed slowly drops until getting to 0kb ps and then has a Network error

This didnt happen before and when i run an internet test it has my normal upload download speeds, also my steam downloads fine

So whats happening?

If you have a specific download link, others here can try and see if the download is unstable for them too or not.
