Occasion Fuzzy Page When Clicking On A Link

Every now and again, for the past 2 updates I have gotten this fuzzy/blurry page when a link is clicked, reloading the page takes me back to the original page. See image below.

Weird. I've never encountered that. Is it always a link on a certain site/page?

@burnout426 Different page, doesn't happen that often, but it has carried over from the last 2 updates, never happened before that....so I don't think it's MY system but rather Opera.
