I have a primary PC Desktop running Windows and I have a Windows Laptop and the browser settings are not being synced. Also, I've noticed an issue with the speed dial not syncing either.

Running most recent / latest version of opera on fully updated Windows 11 and Windows 10.

But you can or you can not see the speed dials from the other installations in Other Speed Dials? They will not be automatically populated, it's a deliberated decision.
