Here are the solutions I've tried and why it didn't work for me:

Enabling Opera GX's "Import passwords" feature - This did not work because Opera GX can only accept .csv files, and the password file that's saved on my computer (at least for me) is simply a file with no extension.

Using a program like Windows Password Recovery Tools - I was going to try this, but as soon as I unzipped the folder, my antivirus detected multiple viruses on my computer. It could've been a false positive, but I didn't want to risk my computer getting infected.

If anyone has a solution, please tell me.
