<p dir="auto"><a href="https://www.npr.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://www.npr.org/</a></p>
<p dir="auto">If I click on a link and then return to the original site, instead of returning me to the same place I was on the originating site, it takes me to the top of the page.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a work around, can this be fixed or is this just a function of the web site??</p>

Happens in Chrome too. I can't think of a workaround.</p>
