Hi I have seen some random video is playing from some random tabs in opera and when I checked my Youtube history the video I never ever watched they are coming in my history so kindly please help me on this.

It is caused by some sort of malware, most likely an extension installed in your browser (excepy on Android as Opera for Android bges not support extensions). See the corresponding thread in the Opera GX forum for a list of some of the suspect extensions.
