If you’ve only just subscribed, your browser may have simply not yet picked up that you have a subscription. In this case, it helps to simply log out and back into your Opera account before trying to install the client (you can log out and in by clicking on the user icon in the top-right corner of Opera).

If that doesn’t do the trick, please also check if your OS is supported. At the moment, Opera VPN Pro is available for Android 6 and above, Windows 8 and above and for Mac devices running MacOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later, as outlined in this FAQ article: https://support-vpn-pro.opera.com/hc/en-us/articles/6371354269201-Can-I-use-Opera-VPN-Pro-on-my-Laptop-Desktop-computer-
