Can't use Opera since newest version 91

I can still start the Application, but can't surf on the web or use whatsapp plugin or somethin else.
I can only see the loading cursor nothing else.

I reinstalled Opera completly new. I deleted my profil an all files i can found on my drive. But it doesn't helped.

I tried the developer version, the same problem.

What can i do to solve the Problem ?
